Lexi believes that the world is complicated, and so are we. She is committed to supporting and aligning with your values through collaborative, empathic conversations. She is dedicated to walking with you in creating new insight, healing, deepening self-awareness, and integrating your journey to create meaningful change, overcome various trauma or mental health struggles, navigate complicated relationships, and help you endure and flourish.
Grounded in anti-racism, queer, and feminist theories, Lexi utilizes therapies based on a client’s unique needs and goals, such as EMDR, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, parts work, and other evidence-based therapy practices. Lexi prioritizes warmth, relationality, and non-judgment in the room, situated in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. Having lived in many parts of the United States and around the world, Lexi understands that regionality, culture, and community can play a pivotal, complex role in understanding the self.
If you desire to live authentically and navigate the world with a balance of resilience and vulnerability, she offers close listening, intentional curiosity, and continued interest in understanding what you are struggling with and what matters deeply to you.
