At Sequoia Counseling Collective, we believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of meaningful change. That belief shapes everything – how we practice, how we show up, and who we invite to join our team.

Our therapists are a group of dedicated, highly trained clinicians who bring both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to their work. Each one has been thoughtfully selected not just for their credentials, but for their character – the kind of people who take this work seriously because they understand what it means to sit with someone in their most vulnerable moments and hold that with care.

We specialize in a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches — including EMDR, EFT, the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy and animal assisted therapy – to provide care that is tailored to each individual, couple, or family we work with.

What unites our team is a shared commitment to creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and welcomed exactly as they are. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We believe in showing up authentically, meeting people where they are, and walking alongside them toward the life they’re working to build.

Sequoia Counseling Collective serves clients in person at our Denver, Colorado office in the Lower Highlands neighborhood, and via telehealth throughout Colorado, California, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

We’re glad you’re here. Take a look around and find the therapist that feels right for you.
