From a young age, Ryanne has been drawn to the complexity of the human experience – what shapes us, how we relate to ourselves and others, and what it means to live authentically. That curiosity led her to a career in psychology and counseling, and eventually to building a practice rooted in that same spirit of genuine connection.

She works with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected – navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles. At the heart of it, most of her clients are longing for more connection, clarity, and meaning. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore those core needs and move toward healing together.

Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and values-oriented practices, with EMDR available for deeper trauma work. But beyond any modality, what she cares most about is the relationship itself – she believes the way we connect in the therapy room offers a powerful mirror for how we move through the world, and she brings her full, authentic self into that space.

Whatever you’re carrying doesn’t define your worth, and you don’t have to hold it alone. You don’t have to have the right words or even know where to start. She knows reaching out isn’t easy, and she’s glad you’re here.
