Stephanie works with individuals and couples who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected – navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or preparing for marriage. At the heart of this work is often a desire for deeper connection: to self, to others, and to a more grounded sense of meaning and security.
Stephanie is especially passionate about helping clients build more secure, fulfilling relationships. She supports individuals and couples in understanding their relational patterns, deepening emotional awareness, and creating new ways of connecting that feel more aligned, intentional, and authentic.
Her work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based, evidence-supported approach that explores how we learn to connect, protect, and respond to one another in relationships. Through this lens, Stephanie helps clients make sense of their patterns of interaction, and guides them toward more secure, responsive, and connected ways of relating. Understanding our attachment needs and emotional responses, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. Together, you begin to understand the deeper emotions and needs driving those reactions, and create new ways of reaching for a connection that feels more open, clear, and secure.
Stephanie brings a calm, grounding presence to the therapy room. She gently encourages slowing down and softening, creating space for clients to connect more deeply with their emotional world. She views emotions not as something to fix or avoid, but as meaningful signals that guide the work. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, attuned connection. Outside of the therapy room, Stephanie enjoys rock climbing, trail running, teaching yoga, and spending time in nature.
